The Mare Island Golf Course series began in 2021. Located in Vallejo California, this was the oldest continuously run golf course west of the Mississippi and is situated on an island knows for its US Naval connections due to the battleship related research and maintenance that occurred there. The golf course closed in 2019. The photographs are shot with film that is then made into high resolution scans.
